1. Purpose of the Tool

My Car EMI is an educational tool. We built it to help you estimate your potential monthly payments and budget for a car. However, we are not a bank, lender, or financial advisor. The figures you see here are estimates based on mathematical formulas (like the standard EMI formula).

2. Accuracy of Data

We try our best to keep car prices and interest rates updated via our research. However, car prices in India change frequently (due to RTO, insurance, or dealer discounts). Banks also change interest rates without notice.

Therefore, always double-check the final price and EMI with your car dealer or bank before signing any check. We cannot be held responsible if the actual bank EMI differs by a few rupees.

3. Use of Content

You are free to use our calculators for your personal planning. You cannot, however, scrape our data, copy our code, or republish our calculator on your own website without permission. If you want to feature us, a link back is appreciated!

4. Limitation of Liability

Using this site is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any financial decisions you make based on these calculations. If you decide to buy a Ferrari because our calculator said you can afford it (but you can't), that's on you! Please borrow responsibly.
